In an extraordinary short press release Team Felt International announced that it has cancelled the contract with French mountainbiker Miguel Martinez has been cancelled due to unbridgeable differences.
Martinez would have violated his contract by doing a certain action upon Felt International cancelled the agreement with immediate effect.
French former world and Olympic champion would be making his come-back this year to the cross country mountainbike scene with as goal the 2012 Olympic Games in London.
For Martinez this whole issue means he will not be competing in this season's World Cup races any more, even not the first one in South-Africa this weekend.
