One day after publishing the possible contradictions in the rule book of the Benelux Cup-reglement and the overall UCI rules concerning mountainbike races (read here), the organising federations will be talking to the UCI.
Organising cycling federations of the Benelux Cup, KBWB (Belgium) en KNWU(Netherlands) have decided to take a closer look to the rules issued for the Benelux Cup together with the UCI this week, to rule out any irregularities.
The next races for Benelux Cup are scheduled on April 12th at the Belgian town of Verviers and one week later on 19 april 2009 in the Dutch city of Oldenzaal.
