The Swiss Olympic Federation has suspended mountainbike racer Jürg Graf for two years after confirmed positive tests on oxilofrin. Graf is the first cyclist ever to have tested positive on oxilofrin and will go into history with this sad fact.

Jürg Graf tested positively after the opening race of the Swiss Cup competition Racer Bikes Cup, a race which he won. Graf always denied he has actively taken the substance...

Jürg Graf is condamned by the disciplinary commission of the Swiss Olympic Federation:
- with a suspension of two years starting on May 15th 2009
- to pay all cost made when testing the A- and B-sample
- to pay a compensation to Anti Doping Switzerland of 500 CHF (€ 328 or $ 461)
- to pay the trail costs of 1.500 CHF (€ 981 or $ 1.387)
- by cancelling his result in the Racer Bikes Cup race in Schaan on May 5th 2009
