Q. What you meant my Mountain bikes?

A mountain bike or cycle also abbreviated as MTB is a bicycle used for off road cycling purposes.

Off road cycling activity includes traversing of rocks, traversing on steep declines and logging roads or other unpaved environments.

The latest event from the Kokanee Crankworx is one based around pump track, the Ultimate Pump Track Challenge and takes place on Thursday 12 August.

The new pump track has just been completed at the top of the Boneyard in the Whistler Mountain Bike Park.

The Froggy gets 180mm of travel from the OST suspension setup and for 2011, as with the Spicy, it's a case of tweaks rather than any major redesigning.

Ik zat al enkele weken zonder computer, allez, 'k had wel een computer maar niets waarmee je een kleine 1000 foto's verwerkt en online zet. Nu dat probleem opgelost is en ik vol goeie moed de lang over datum maar veelgevraagde foto' s van de flanders cup in Landorp online wil zetten, blijk ik die niet meer te kunnen vinden. Zaterdag voelde ik me niet al te best waardoor ik de verkenning beperkte tot één rondje. De benen waren goed, nu nog die misselijkheid.

Zondag stond er veel concurrentie aan de start: Turpijn, Zeldenrust (36e WK), Erlandsson (Zweden), Ketonen (Finland), Michiels en enkele sterke Hollandse meiden: Van Meurs-Boek en Groen. Winst ontglipt me in laatste ronde

Dit weekend organiseerde mijn team Pervélo de Finale van de Flanders Cup in Geraardsbergen.
Op zaterdag stak ik een handje toe tijdens de tijdrit voor kids en was ik seingever voor de citizens race. De kids waren in de wolken toen onze "peter" kwam kijken: Robbie McEwen.

Na een paar rustige (trainings)weken en een lastige verkoudheid denk ik wel terug klaar te zijn voor het grote werk. Afgelopen week heb ik zelfs compleet gerust, enkel het bikepark zat ertussen. Eindelijk zijn de keelpijn en andere narigheden weg en voel ik me terug fris.

Dat was ook een van de redenen waarom ik een wedstrijdvrij weekend inlaste. De wedstrijd in Heuvelland kon me niet bekoren en voor het klassement moest ik het ook al niet doen. Ik genoot ervan door m'n zinnen eens op iRead More...
